Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics proactively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and excellent time-management skills.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales across multiple industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
