Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and excellent time-management skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales across multiple industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
