As the face of our brand in Bali, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction across our premium rubber products. Responsibility
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Dealer & Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while expanding the network in Bali.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed performance KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Drive new customer acquisition through targeted outreach, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for senior management.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and promotions that boost brand visibility and demand.
- Customer Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably in the rubber, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B sales, distributor networks, and market penetration strategies.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a strong advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
