Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the semiconductor and electronics components market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs, to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve client inquiries or issues.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics components, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductors, passive/active components, or PCB assemblies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
