Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive business growth strategies to expand market share in the interconnect solutions sector.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with enterprise clients, OEMs, and distributors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align business objectives with customer needs.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals, pitches, and ROI analyses to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (revenue growth, conversion rates, pipeline health) to leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry advancements in interconnect technology, IoT, and automation to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in interconnect solutions, electronics, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing complex deal cycles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Experience in market entry strategies, partnership development, or channel sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics (Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) are advantageous.
