In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with architects, interior design firms, contractors, and property developers to deliver tailored acoustic solutions that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. From lead generation and client acquisition to project coordination and post-installation support, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our market share in Bali’s thriving construction and design industry.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers in Bali.
  • Generate and nurture B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Minus Noise’s acoustic panels.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess project requirements and recommend customized acoustic solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and project handover.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Minus Noise as the preferred choice.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, interior design, or architectural products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with acoustic solutions, soundproofing, or interior design products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
