Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align trade relations strategies with company objectives and sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on trade relations performance, including ROI analysis of marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Represent Cepat Kredit Financing at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build credibility and authority.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade relations, business development, or sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships or client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Experience in organizing events, trade shows, or marketing campaigns to promote business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
