Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound material flows.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and supplier selection for critical materials/services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
