Responsibility
- Manage and process import/export documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth trade operations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Ensure adherence to trade compliance policies and procedures, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide regular updates and reports on trade operations to management.
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and trade management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
