Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Develop and implement efficient routing plans to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including invoices, delivery confirmations, and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
