As a key liaison between Sales and Marketing teams, you will oversee the seamless deployment of trade activations, merchandising materials, and promotional campaigns across retail outlets. Responsibility

  • In-Store Execution Leadership: Drive and supervise the implementation of trade marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Trade Activation Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal activations to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Deploy and maintain merchandising materials (e.g., POSM, displays, signage) to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement.
  • Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to align on goals, share insights, and optimize trade performance.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular store visits to audit execution quality, address gaps, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., sell-through rates, stock levels, promotional effectiveness) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and mentor field teams, merchandisers, and third-party vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights and consumer trends to inform trade strategies and tactical adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in trade marketing, field sales, or retail merchandising, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, vendors, or cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and reporting skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written skills for stakeholder presentations and reports.
  • Field Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions (Bali) and work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and trade marketing software (e.g., Nielsen, Retail Execution apps).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot execution challenges and implement quick, effective solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
