Responsibility
- Process over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of local marketing campaigns to promote bank products and services in Canggu and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through banking processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, promotions, and regulatory requirements to offer informed assistance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute community engagement events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on transaction trends, customer feedback, and market insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the branch’s marketing materials, such as brochures and digital displays, are current and strategically placed.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking operations, or marketing support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic banking software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling financial transactions and data.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Canggu, Bali, with a valid work permit for Indonesia.
