Responsibility

  • Process over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of local marketing campaigns to promote bank products and services in Canggu and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through banking processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, promotions, and regulatory requirements to offer informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute community engagement events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking operations, or marketing support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic banking software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling financial transactions and data.
