Responsibility
- Lead the development and scaling of first-party measurement solutions for SMBs in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to design and implement innovative measurement frameworks.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for foundation measurement tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
- Develop and deliver training materials and best practices for internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on solutions to optimize user adoption and satisfaction.
- Represent Google at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote measurement solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, digital marketing, or measurement analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling measurement solutions, preferably in the ad tech or SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of first-party data strategies, privacy-compliant measurement, and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Passion for solving customer problems and driving impact through technology and innovation.
