Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and performance tracking.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics) tailored to target audiences.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and nurture email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to drive lead nurturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or agribusiness sectors.
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience in A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling campaigns and brand narratives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
