Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and brand awareness for GoAI and ADDX.
- Lead partnership initiatives to expand market reach and foster strategic alliances with key industry players.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps and user needs.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Represent ADDX at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in partnership development and management, with a network of industry contacts.
