Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the hospital's brand and public relations.
- Create engaging content for internal and external audiences, including press releases, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage media relations, including press inquiries, interviews, and crisis communication.
- Organize and oversee hospital events, campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative communication approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in media relations, crisis management, and digital communication platforms.
