Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with VaelorCoatâs brand voice and business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a loyal and interactive audience.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and cross-functional teams to amplify reach and credibility.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep VaelorCoat at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Insights).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and basic graphic design/video editing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with remote teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for digital marketing trends and a creative approach to problem-solving.
