Responsibility
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and nurture our beauty brand's online presence.
- Create and curate compelling content, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters, tailored to our beauty audience.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align community initiatives with broader brand goals.
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Organize and host virtual and in-person events, such as live Q&As, tutorials, and product launches, to foster community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Act as the voice of the community, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product development and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with community management tools, social media analytics, and content management systems is a plus.
