Responsibility
- Develop and execute KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors aligned with our target audience.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content approval, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to optimize partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, e-commerce, and analytics) to ensure seamless campaign integration.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and revenue generated from affiliate programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and affiliate networks to secure exclusive collaborations.
- Optimize affiliate programs by identifying top-performing partners, adjusting commission structures, and testing new incentives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Partnerships, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management with measurable impact on brand growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and affiliate networks (e.g., Lazada Affiliate, Tokopedia Affiliate).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM/affiliate management platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging, on-brand content strategies for influencer collaborations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional languages are a plus.
