Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to create compelling brand assets and messaging.
- Monitor brand performance and consumer insights, providing actionable recommendations.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure all materials align with the company’s visual and tonal identity.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships to boost brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate brand performance and strategies to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics is a plus.
