Responsibility

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to create compelling brand assets and messaging.
  • Monitor brand performance and consumer insights, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure all materials align with the company’s visual and tonal identity.
  • Assist in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships to boost brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate brand performance and strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics is a plus.
