Responsibility
- Client Strategy & Delivery: Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, KPIs, and industry best practices.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality across all client accounts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of digital marketers, designers, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, leverage data-driven insights, and implement continuous improvements to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.
- Process Development: Design and implement SOPs, reporting frameworks, and automation tools to standardize delivery and reduce bottlenecks.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to agency revenue growth through strategic client expansion.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) and integrate cutting-edge strategies into client roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client service management role within an agency or in-house team.
- Client-Facing Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing high-value client relationships, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Operational Acumen: Experience optimizing agency operations, including resource allocation, budget management, and process improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM tools.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Analytical Mindset: Adept at interpreting data, generating actionable insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
