Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end sales events, including seminars, roadshows, product launches, and client appreciation events.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies, including digital and traditional advertising, publicity, and promotional campaigns.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery.
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of sales promotional items, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, PR) to define event objectives, KPIs, and post-event analysis.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including permits, invitations, and on-site coordination.
- Monitor and report on event performance metrics, such as attendance, lead generation, and ROI, with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative event concepts that drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, sales support, or marketing, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
- Proven track record of organizing successful B2B or B2C events with measurable impact on sales or brand awareness.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management software, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
