Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility across digital and traditional channels.
  • Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI, allocating resources effectively across campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and measure the success of promotional activities, including events, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
