  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with hotels, airlines, local vendors, and activity providers to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor package performance using KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer satisfaction) and iterate based on data-driven feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all product offerings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations, from itinerary design to post-trip evaluations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry innovations, such as sustainable tourism practices and digital travel solutions, to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in travel management are a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product development, tour operations, or travel management, preferably in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to assess market trends and financial viability.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and partners.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to designing unique travel experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
