Responsibility

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote luxury housing projects across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and buyer preferences in Bali’s real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations and collateral (brochures, virtual tours, etc.) to showcase property features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, developers, and designers to align marketing efforts with project goals.
  • Organize and host open houses, property viewings, and exclusive client events to generate leads.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws, financing options, and market conditions to provide accurate client advice.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling residential properties or high-value products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEO, email campaigns, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Professional appearance, customer-focused mindset, and a passion for real estate.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s property market and luxury client expectations is advantageous.
