Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Oversee SEO and content marketing efforts, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and blog/content creation.
- Create and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) to engage audiences and drive traffic.
- Analyze web analytics and KPIs (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure brand consistency and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Build and nurture email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for storytelling and brand voice.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a remote or hybrid team.
- Familiarity with Baliâs digital landscape (preferred but not required).
