Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, retailers, and distributors in Bali.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the retail or houseware industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and surrounding regions.
