As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging market insights to position our brand as a leader in the active lifestyle sector. Based in Baliâs vibrant locationsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâyouâll thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment, working with a talented team to elevate our brandâs presence and engagement.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI analysis for marketing activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and trendspotting.
- Experience in the lifestyle, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
