Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement for TCG/Anime products.
- Create and curate high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, stories) tailored to gaming and anime communities.
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Discord) with a focus on audience interaction.
- Monitor KPIs and analytics to optimize campaigns and report on performance (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions).
- Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and content creators to expand reach within the TCG/Anime niche.
- Stay updated on industry trends (new game releases, anime seasons, meta shifts) to inform content and strategy.
- Assist in paid social advertising (Meta, Google Ads) and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, product, customer support) to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in gaming, anime, or entertainment.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts (portfolio or case studies required).
- Deep understanding of TCG/Anime culture and its online communities (Reddit, Discord, Twitter, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to measure campaign success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Japanese or other languages are a plus).
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends and audience preferences quickly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
