Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other performance marketing channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics) to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends and optimization opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to ensure Beyound Digital remains a leader in performance marketing.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, allocating spend to high-performing campaigns while minimizing waste.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance ads, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms are a strong plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for high-converting ad copy and visuals.
