Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify improvement opportunities in maintenance processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Train and mentor technicians on TPM best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) and internal quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, logs, and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with aerospace regulations and safety standards (e.g., FAA Part 145).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
