As an SAQ Coordinator, you will oversee the Service Assurance and Quality (SAQ) processes, ensuring seamless network performance, troubleshooting, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to ensure optimal service quality and uptime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement SAQ policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of telecommunications infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on service performance, incidents, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for network outages or service disruptions and propose corrective actions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in telecommunications to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, or service assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, switching, routing, and transmission systems.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITU-T, 3GPP, or other relevant telecommunications standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
