Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple cinema locations in Bali, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems to prevent downtime and ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to implement preventive maintenance programs and reduce operational disruptions.
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, recommending improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or crew members on MEP system operations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP system maintenance, preferably in commercial, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing MEP systems, including familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety) are a plus.
