Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of EV charging station projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess technical requirements, grid capacity, and installation constraints.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, contractors, and vendors to procure materials, manage timelines, and optimize project budgets.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV charging equipment, including AC/DC chargers and associated power distribution systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during and post-installation, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
- Coordinate with government agencies, utility providers, and stakeholders to secure permits and approvals for project deployment.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovations in EV charging solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or EV charging systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and grid integration for EV charging stations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and familiarity with relevant software for design and simulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for project requirements.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or EV-related technologies is highly desirable.
