Responsibility
- Assist in designing and coordinating travel itineraries for clients, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
- Support the team in managing bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct research on emerging travel trends, destinations, and local attractions to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with vendors, hotels, and tour operators to negotiate rates and secure partnerships.
- Prepare and present reports on client feedback, market analysis, and operational improvements.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide on-site assistance to travelers, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for travel, culture, and customer service with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of CRM or booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
- Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or event planning is advantageous but not required.
