As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins/outs, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Duty Manager to resolve guest concerns, optimize workflows, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for luxury and efficiency.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when necessary, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and overbooking situations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of guest folios, payments, and financial transactions in the PMS (Property Management System).
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards for front office operations.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain high productivity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with diplomacy.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and cultural sensitivity to cater to a diverse guest demographic.
