Responsibility
- Develop and implement tourism promotion strategies to attract domestic and international visitors to Bali’s cultural and natural attractions.
- Coordinate and execute cultural events, festivals, and workshops that showcase Balinese traditions, arts, and heritage.
- Collaborate with local communities, artisans, and tourism stakeholders to create authentic, sustainable visitor experiences.
- Manage visitor engagement programs, including guided tours, interactive sessions, and digital content to enhance destination appeal.
- Monitor tourism trends and analyze visitor feedback to refine offerings and improve satisfaction.
- Liaise with hotels, travel agencies, and government bodies to align tourism initiatives with regional development goals.
- Create SEO-optimized content (blogs, social media, brochures) to promote Bali’s cultural and tourism highlights.
- Ensure compliance with sustainable tourism practices and ethical cultural representation in all activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Cultural Studies, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism development, event management, or cultural promotion, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, history, and tourism industry, including key attractions and stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management for tourism purposes.
