Responsibility
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Coordinate and lead guided tours, excursions, and cultural experiences with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about local attractions, history, and customs to enhance guest experiences.
- Manage group logistics, including transportation, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and resolve them to the highest standard of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., drivers, guides, hotel staff) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourism trends, local events, and promotional offers.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for travel, culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the tourism industry.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourist destinations, transportation, and local customs is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
