Responsibility
- Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and activity bookings for clients.
- Liaise with vendors, hotels, and local service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage real-time itinerary adjustments and resolve operational issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute detailed travel documents, vouchers, and briefings for guests and internal teams.
- Monitor tour schedules, ensuring timely departures and adherence to planned routes.
- Assist in developing and refining tour packages based on market trends and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable travel experiences.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape, including popular destinations and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
