Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and contract compliance.
- Develop and maintain itineraries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues in real-time, providing proactive solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages and customize offerings based on market trends.
- Maintain meticulous records of reservations, payments, and client communications using CRM systems.
- Conduct pre- and post-tour evaluations to gather feedback and implement service improvements.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape and international travel logistics is advantageous.
