Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across ASEAN markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tourism partners.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in luxury hospitality.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key accounts, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance) to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in hospitality/tourism).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional ASEAN languages a plus).
- Experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within ASEAN for client meetings and industry events.
