Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to CBTL standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage customer orders accurately.
- Educate customers about our menu offerings, including seasonal specials and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Uphold CBTL’s brand values and contribute to a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to CBTL’s brewing techniques and standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
