Responsibility
- Lead and accompany groups of 10+ pilgrims during Umrah journeys
- Provide spiritual guidance and support throughout the travel experience
- Coordinate with local partners and service providers for seamless logistics
- Ensure all travel documents and requirements are properly managed
- Deliver informative briefings about destinations and rituals
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records of group activities and expenses
- Represent the company with excellence in all interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or religious guidance preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage groups with patience and cultural sensitivity
- Basic knowledge of Umrah rituals and Islamic travel requirements
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively during peak seasons
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Arabic is a plus
- Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary travel documents
