As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions, from managing reservations and inquiries to coordinating sports and recreational activities. Responsibility
- Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries related to sports facilities and services.
- Coordinate bookings for sports activities, fitness classes, and recreational amenities, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle member accounts, payments, and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the sports and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service delivery and upsell additional offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including digital and physical records.
- Stay updated on resort promotions, events, and member benefits to provide accurate and engaging information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury resort, gym, or sports facility.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and reservation software; quick learner of new tools.
- Passion for sports, wellness, or tourism, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-energy environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
