Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the catering facility, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with culinary teams to plan and execute menus tailored to client preferences and event themes.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Lead pre-event preparations, including setup, staff briefings, and quality checks to guarantee flawless execution.
- Supervise post-event activities, such as cleanup, equipment maintenance, and client feedback collection.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food handling, customer service, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote catering services and secure new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in catering or event management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and sanitation practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
