Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist the F&B Manager in daily operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with Shangri-La's service standards and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in developing promotional activities and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian cuisine is a plus
- Basic food hygiene certification preferred
