Responsibility
- Greet, seat, and attend to guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Deliver orders promptly and present dishes with attention to detail, adhering to plating and service standards.
- Provide personalized recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, or promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns proactively and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, including tables, linens, and service tools.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a waitstaff, server, or F&B service role (fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy, presentation, and service etiquette.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing is advantageous.
