Responsibility
- Assist the F&B Manager in daily Shophouse operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and service standards.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving complaints, and implementing feedback.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless workflow and timely service delivery.
- Oversee staff training and development, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Manage cost control and budget adherence for F&B operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and hygiene to comply with Shangri-La’s and local regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and promotions to enhance guest engagement and revenue growth.
- Represent the Shophouse in guest interactions, events, and collaborations with other departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Deep understanding of hospitality service standards and guest relations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
