Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and post-campaign review of seasonal F&B promotions and events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and implement innovative menu concepts, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue and guest engagement.
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centric service.
- Monitor guest feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in F&B offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Prepare and present reports on F&B performance, including sales, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful F&B campaigns, events, or promotions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.
- Familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
