Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Rotate through various departments, including front of house, kitchen, and administration, to gain a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management.
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Help in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
