Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with Straive’s business strategy and market standards.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure our rewards packages remain competitive and equitable.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to analyze and optimize total rewards structures, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on total rewards policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of total rewards programs, recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead communication efforts to educate employees about their total rewards packages and enhance engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) or Benefits (e.g., CEBS) is a plus.
